Google Play Music App Reviews

I dont know or understand why Apple doesnt allow their Music app to retain my full iTunes library (without fee), but Google does and it works great. Ive started to use other Google apps as well, like their Calendar & Email apps. Only feedback is that itd be nice if the songs that were cached would self-remove after play so I wouldnt have to manually clear the cache regularly to conserve storage on my 12gb (basically) iPhone.

This app doesnt work most of the time. Songza was way better.

The only thing that makes this good is chromcast I cant get it out of radio mode and make my own playlist I thumb up songs and only get the option the play that song and whatever Google things are close to the same song. At least in Apple I could make a custom playlist.

A new ad every 2-3 songs. Its crazy. Songza used to just play an ad at the beginning. There is not enough value being offered for the ad free $10/month. It feels like google play is bullying me into purchasing with the amount of ads they have. The ads are particularly disruptive and way louder than the actual music I wont purchase your monthly subscription if I feel bullied into doing it

I like the service and radio channels. I get to hear a lot of new music and enjoy finding new musicians.

Okay, I pay a lot of money for this app!!! So why is it my songs just stop playing??? I wont even be moving, itll be playing fine then just stops... unacceptable!! Im rating 1 star until this problem is resolved!

Compared to Yelp, Googles "Play Music" app is far superior at playing music. Sadly, it completely lacks any way to search for local restaurants. While not a deal breaker, I can only rate it two stars.

I just got this app and I love it! I love using it for listening to music!

I can be listening to my playlist and it would pause randomly. I really dont know the explanation besides me just leaving the app but I highly doubt that the case. Please help.

I love using Google music! But if only... There was a way to ask Siri to play something using Google music. OR put the ability to say "OK Google" on the Google music app or even on the Google search app allow it to play music from Google music when using an iOS device. I can ask Siri to open Google search and then I can say "OK Google". So why not a hands free Google music? That would make my day since I sometimes get bored of listening to the radio while I am driving.

This is the best music player ever and it has all my favorite music and this is an app that help me listen to music

Major unresponsiveness, laggy, stuttering scrolling, or freezes up entirely - please fix these issues, they have only started recently. I have an iPhone 6 and this is the only app giving me trouble. Update: STILL not fixed. Get your act together google.

You can store all your music in one place I love that a lot and you can search songs and add them to your library

Why is that, mahn. This sentence pisses me off

This used to be Songza and it was a great app and it worked flawlessly with Sonos. Now if you want to use it with Sonos you have to pay extra, the playlists are not the same and the lay out of the app is not as easy as Songza was. I miss my Songza and as far as music apps go Pandora is way better than this.

Plus no ads on YouTube as a bonus, sweet!
