iOS iPhone 7 or windows 10 with chrome

Very slow to load songs. (Average bout 7 seconds between if I skip songs or for a new one.) I wrote to ask if it was a setting but never god a reply...didnt do that when I first became member. Must be QOS paying member now and not a new client.
(Same on different networks some with very high bandwidth)
