Songs keep skipping

I like this app mostly, but this latest update kind of stinks. Songs keep skipping to the next before the track is done.
This is happening in playlists and albums... Ive tried downloading and streaming and the issue persists.
Ive removed and reinstalled the app, Ive cleared the cache and signed out and back in... nothing works.
