Bad interface + kept charging me after cancelling

The interface is not intuitive at all. I have used Apple Music and Spotify too and Google play music is worse than both of them.
Of all the songs in an album, I just like one and tried to download that one for offline listening but Google play downloaded everything BUT that song for me.
I cancelled my subscription a month ago and magically it got renewed again and I got charged for a crappy music app that I no longer use.
