Extremely buggy

I’ve tried to reach out to tech support on Twitter and through email, but get little to no help. There is som much wrong with this app, but my main issues are the playback interruptions and the service deleting albums I’ve saved to my library. The playback has always been a bit annoying - I understand caching for spotty streaming coverage, but this thing takes 5-10 seconds to start playing a song. Plus, it will crash in the middle of a track, so what’s the point of storing cache if it won’t play the entire music anyway. Also, I can force quit the app, but the music still plays for a good 5 seconds. Annoying when walking into a building or other area that doesn’t need to hear my music. Moreover, I have been adding the same albums to my library over and over because their app can’t seem to save them.

With lack of support behind this app, I’ve switched to more stable services. If you want a service that has limited issues and awesome customer service, you can’t go wrong with Spotify or Apple Music. Plus they update all the time - not like this dinosaur.
