Cancelling 4 year service due to major bugs

Stops playing at random when changing songs even though the counter is running. Scrolling is choppy and sometimes results in app crashing. Back button disappears. With a car which only has Bluetooth audio as the input, this is unacceptable. Subscribing to Apple Music as it works flawlessly, if not as good a service as Googles.
