Crashes without fail

I have an iPad mini 2 still. I know not to expect a lot out of this device anymore. Nothing however is more frustrating than taking 5 minutes to start playing my music. Open, play song, crash. Re-open, crash. Open, play song, crash. It simply doesn’t work and it’s frustrating when music is a coping skill.
