Crashes if I try to do anything while music is playing. Just scrolling songs will make it crash. Just full of bugs. I love the music selection but what good is it if I can’t listen to it.

Just buggy I don’t feel like explaining but to name one when you add a song to your playlist and you move it and the whole playlist gets shuffled so u have to re organize your music again.

I was part of this before it belonged to Google. I remember a video of several men telling us the transition would be seamless. I have never been able to use it since...when I go to sign in, it says ...you can easily create an account,...then the only choice I have is to sign out!! How can I sign out, if I can’t sign in?

This version of the app keeps crashing.

If you are a music lover then you cant beat Google Plays Unlimited Music Plan. I would easily spend ten dollars a month on music (thats not even on CD). However, for ten bucks a month you are able to download unlimited music from new releases to your favorite album that was lost years ago. What sets Goofle Play apart from Apple music or any other platform is it also stores all of your previously purchased music! You always have your music library with you on multiple devices!

If you love to have your music organized and easy to manage then this app is NOT for you. Sure you can save whatever music you want to your device for offline listening. But the more your library grows, the messier it becomes. No way to categorize music or playlists. Search one song and youll get multiple duplicates. Download an album only to realize that only one song made it to your library. Why is this app so terribly designed? Google has the resources to make this the best music app....so do it! As a paying subscription user I demand more or the service should be free.

If you guys don’t get your act together and squash this bug that pauses the music when screen locking or changing apps, I’m moving to Spotify, along with probably half of your customers. Super frustrating. Other than that, exceptional app.

Great app, but lacking iwatch app.

So many bugs! Want to unlock your phone? Freeze. Want to change songs? Freeze. Want a text to come through? Freeze. Google is too good for this nonsense.

I like this to Apple Music as you get this service with YouTube red I wish there was a better way to view the history of all music you listened to Im still get cannot play error messages but less frequently. Annoying enough to want to make the switch back to Apple music since this happens to music I have saved locally Last added playlist isnt updating to new music I add

Using trial version first to compare to Spotify and so far so good, no problems other than getting used to app.

Ive used Play for nearly 3 years across multiple platforms — Android devices, iPhones, iPads, PCs, and Macs — so Im well aware of how buggy it has been and continues to be. Its still my go-to, but only because Play is easily the best when it comes to streaming practically any artist or group one can think of. That said, Ive struggled with constant playlist loss. When Ive opened the app... all the music that didnt come from what was already in my library vanishes, leaving playlists completely devoid of tracks. Its a minor thing to most, Im sure, but some of these lists were meticulously put together and their loss is just beyond irritating.

Unless you have to have Google apps or YouTube Red, abandon this. It crashes constantly, reacts slowly, and is rarely supported. Google is dropping such a sh!tty ball on iOS support and it’s ruining any sort of chance at a functioning user experience. Genuinely awful app. The worst on my phone and I’m probably switching to Spotify.

I cannot play music and leave the app or lock my phone without the music stopping. And then when i go back to the app it is frozen and restarts.

It keeps on crashing it is not good dont get it

Its just about perfect but it would be nice if i could subscribe to an artist and get notifications when they release something like YouTube does. Really glitchy and laggy

Steamed and downloaded Music will stop playing when I hit the home button or switch into a different app from the multitasker, and then when I open the app again it will reload the entire app, acting like I force closed it from the multitasker. Doesn’t skip songs or really interact well at all with the currently playing music widget in control center either. iOS11 iPhone 5s

I love the service, but ever since I switched to iPhone it’s been plagued with bugs, songs skipping, delayed starts, and now it won’t download to my device.

Stops playing out of nowhere. You try to go back to the the previous songs and itll give up a message saying "Cant play right now. Try again later". The selection of music is getting worse, like very bad. A lot of music I had on Spotify is nowhere to be found here. No Siri integration. The UI needs work. Its not intuitive anymore. Spotify has a much smoother and easier to use UI.
