Signed up online, cannot access paid features on the iPhone.

Ive had Google play music from the first month it came out and its really nice

I am a loyal google customer. I like this app, but there are 3 enhancement Id like to see released in the near future: 1) build-in equalizer/bass booster 2) bug fixes (sometimes the player gets stuck and the user has to skip the song and go back to unfreeze the app; deleting a song from a playlist deletes another song which is two positions above the one selected) 3) tempo detection ... I tried it on Spotify and it is very useful when running Thank you!

I was so excited to see a Google Play Music CarPlay app appear on my 2017 Elantra Sport. Until I actually tried to use it. Its a mess. Missing menu tab icons.. No way to shuffle or even select downloaded songs and the worst part is that it knocks out the Apple Podcast app controls. Please fix this!

My Playlist is getting butchered! Why cant I delete and rearrange my playlist the way I want it! Every time I try to delete a song it deletes the song above it OR if I move a song up or down in the playlist, after clicking done, the list will rearrange in some random order. Come On! This is a simple solution. Im really looking towards Spotify or going back to Apple! Between this and NO crossfade, Im just about done with Google Play! Get your shiz together!

I dont know what bugs are being "fixed", because all I see are new ones on top of the older ones. Songs in my playlist still randomly disappear on a daily basis (on multiple music accounts), album art gets mixed up from song to song, and now theres a bunch more. And now background playback is broken. Really Google? You cant figure out how to have background play working properly? Happens on iOS 9 and 10. The only way to use this app is to keep all of your music offline and listen that way. But with my music library being over 700 songs and 7gb, thats not really a great option.

They change the interface every 5 minutes yet they dont bother to make it any smoother.

With the last update it greatly improved the sluggishness. Works smoother. Keep up the good work!

For those who count playback as a key feature of a music streaming service, this app is really bad. Only plays music about half the times. This has been an issue with the app for the last year, across software updates. Also this is by far the worst and least accessible app on my phone. Tiny little icons reveal long menu with virtually indistinguishable monochromatic icons and text. I get that this is the standard google UI but wow it hurts to use it. (Which I do only because I get it for free as a subscriber to YouTube Red.)

Whenever I listen to music on here and lock my phone, the music stops. Sometime I hit play, dont lock my phone, and it stops playing. The app crashes regularly and it was tolerable at first but now Im getting irritated by it. Please fix this.

I really love being able to upload your own music. It works. The only problem is that there are visual glitches all over the place. There are duplicate albums that are consider the same and play at the same time. (Still not fixed) Also some of my uploaded music considers offline copy as 1gb download but only uses 200mb of actual phone storage. So there is storage amount glitches. Also the home page is rife with degrading images. Suggesting radio for garbage artist with garbage album art and pics. There should be a way to block home page suggestions to just the generic ones rather then the custom made ones. For a person who listens to soundtracks for movie why would I want to see deplorable art work from musicians I have no care for. You got a lot of bugs to fix along with family friendly content filters that need to be implemented.

Google really messed up with this one. Cant play the music i liked as the list is always blurred out, same with other playlists. Complete garbage. Google is the new Microsoft.

Why did this app all of a sudden stop working?? It keeps asking to sign out and sign in, i have, and it still wont work. Fix this issue please!!!

Every time I open the app all local downloads are deleted and I have to start from scratch. As I set an album to download the app skips tracks so an album is never fully downloaded. This is a broken app.

Great music app one problem, ever since the new update songs will skip on there on so far into the track. Can you please fix this soon? I cant listen to a song without it skipping.

App barely functions and is not user friendly. Half the time says that it is unable to play the playlist whether Im on data or internet. There are also way too many advertisements which I dont want to waste my data on. This app is garbage and I will be deleting it!

In the latest version, it now likes to randomly jump ahead in the track but the time remains the same. When the track ends, it ends before the track time. Tried reinstalling and downloading offline music again but it still does it. Isnt specific to certain songs either. A song will play all the way through, but you play it again it skips again.. Whatever bug fixes were introduced in this build, theyve only introduced new ones. QA on this needs to improve.

Im so glad yall finally included to support apple car play. To make this app even greater include the app for Apple TV and Apple Watch. Thank you
