This App is currently my favorite music, radio app and it works great!

I had been subscribed for the service for couple of years now and using it on iOS .

It compresses all file to 320kb eventhough using ALAC

Can you please put a search mic on the top please

Used to play fine but now it plays 1 song then stops. I have to open the app back up for the ad to play but most of the time the app crashes before that happens. The ads will also play at the same time as a song, so Im hearing music AND someone talking over it. I really liked the playlists but there are better music apps that actually play correctly.

Very slow to load songs. (Average bout 7 seconds between if I skip songs or for a new one.) I wrote to ask if it was a setting but never god a reply...didnt do that when I first became member. Must be QOS paying member now and not a new client. (Same on different networks some with very high bandwidth)

It takes way too many clicks to get around to songs I want from my library. Clicking on Library gives me a list of artists in my library, but clicking on those artists first shows me all songs, and only at the bottom shows me songs from my library. By default I should only see the songs that Ive saved, not the other way round as it is now.

This app is great but I wish they would add lyrics for a song in the app.

Good app, currently in the trial phase for 90 days. Love the YouTube feature but lets be honest here the interface needs work. I havent used it on Android yet so maybe there is a dramatic difference. However on iPhone (7) the app needs work. Sadly I dont think Google will actually do anything because who listens to users unless they leave in drones right? Implement normalization/sound check and fix your album cover issues should be the first on the list. Ill admit I like the interface on my PC more then my iPhone at the moment. Very smooth. I know you got a late start vs Spotify (ux) and apple (catalog-wise) so Ill let the rest go for now but please the normalization is the most important to the user experience. Its the only reason Im still using apple music actually and the fact that they actually put a lot of time and care for their music catalog and find the best source. For example just listen to death magnetic metallica on Apple music and the Google play music version. Apple has the remastered version that is not crushed. But again, I know youre late to the party, I can wait for that stuff. But normalization should be easy.

Though songs dont play as fast as in versions 3.14 and older, it now plays faster than previous updates. Another good thing is the return of the play buttons on Recents.

Its a great app and I love how you can get YouTube Red with it but its very buggy and sometimes just stops playing music, or when I change a song sometimes it plays the previous song instead even though on my screen it says a different song, if that makes sense?

This app is really fast and really good and I really hope I can use this app a lot

Love google play music but 3D Touch would be awesome to manage play next etc !

100% background crashes, to be more specific. it even crashed as I was typing this review.

Seems there is no more per genre access to new releases... And not only on IOS. That was a useful menu. Why kill it ?

I tried apple music spotify and google play music. The best one is google play music. It loads faster than the other 2 . Stream starts and plays the music almost instantly even on a slowest internet connection. Simple design . Spotify close enough But apple music is the slowest and the app design is not at all aesthetic.

Streaming songs take too long to start playing, and the app makes my whole phone animations slow down when Im listening to music in the background.
