Overall its an amazing app for music but why did the stop giving out free songs and albums like Eric church outsiders album I got that free about 2 years ago Why stop?

Was working fine but now, whether I am using the app for my own music or streaming a playlist it does not switch tracks. It has to be shut down every time a new song plays. Basically it is continually freezing.

I love this app. It is great, works well and has what I am always looking for. However, the overall UI of this app makes it hard for me to discover new music. I pay for monthly subscription and I always refrain from using and head back to Spotify because I need it easier to browse through music, helping me discover more and not just my playlists. Things to add- A consistently playlist of recommendations Discover mode Less radio stations and more albums I would like More options on the side panel (there are maybe 4 now for settings, library, etc) Playlists shouldnt be album covers. This takes up a lot of room when browsing through my stuff. It should just be a name. I find myself scrolling forever looking for something. Thank you!

Love the variety! This is a great app and very easy to find the music I want to listen to.

I love everything about this app and the service it brings... But they ruined the app icon/logo! I hate the current one... Looks hideous. The former icon with the orange headphones was way better and stood out from the other google Play services apps.

Great app. I was using Songza before Google bought them, the only thing I miss is the feature where you could see all the information about each song, lyrics etc.

This is a great app, it works well and has never crashed on me. I have never even used iTunes. I have the All-Access subscription which gives me ad-free access to all the music in Google Play.

Overall, I really enjoy the app and the service. One minor issue, when editing playlists, the Done button is not in an obvious place and can sometimes get hidden behind the artwork.

Great app. Please add alarm to wake up to my favorite music.

App works beautifully. Syncs across all my devices and the web, and the radio features are great. Ability to upload your own music is a killer feature.

Great update Google! Love the playlist suggestions based on mood!

I cant find them

I love google play music, however, I really wish it would allow for screen rotation. It is really difficult using this app while driving since it doesnt turn with the screen.

I was a Spotify user before using Play music, and I have to say this is my favorite and only app now! I just like how its more intuitive, the is always variety with the stations and I can listen to my podcast as well!!

Love it. The music stream kills Apple Music. Please build in a EQ. Id like to see this in the next update.

Why cant Google implement an equalizer for their music player on the iPhone? Whats with zooming or cropping the album art? Please, redesign your new icon. Its just awful as it fails to convey any purpose

awesome app, great alternative to apple music! as a small downside, airplay support feels a little rusty, commands are really delayed, which doesnt happen on the music app (i am not speaking about the delay of music start, but of the pause command, seek, change song, which should stop the music immediately)

UI design is not really useful, when i want to fast forward the song that design make me change the song, aint cool. Secondly is about your music list. There is no part for let say discovering new songs, your playlists are not enough. You may divide these lists into genre maybe. Thanks.

Google Play Music used to be Songza, which was great. Songza had a wider variety of songs, and didnt randomly shut down every few songs, mid-song, like GPM does now. I have a few playlists that are virtually unplayable because they only start about 40% of the time and even when they do start, Ill get to listen to about 3 songs max before I get a "Cant play now-please try again later" message, and Im forced to start a different playlist or just listen to my iTunes, which is honestly much easier and never glitches out on me. This app is great in principle, but so glitchy that it makes the listening experience extremely frustrating.

Whats the deal!? The headphones were lovely! Also now instead of "Google Play," the actual name of the app that I look for when I want to use it, it says "Play Music." I dont want my apps named for the actions I use them for - I want their ACTUAL NAMES. Please revert on both counts!
