This app has been problematic for months and months with no good updates. While the desktop site works perfectly, the app hasn’t worked correctly since this past summer (about 10 months ago) and despite my constant complaints, no issues have been completely fixed. Don’t waste your time on this app or your money on this service. Get a streaming service that works and has developers who listen to their clients.

This app is garbage. Playback issues with every single song.

This app runs great on Android. I love being able download, and access my playlists on multiple devices. However, on iOS the app is kinda buggy, and functions slightly different than other devices. Also, an Apple Watch app wouldn’t be to bad either.

I can subscribe and listen to podcasts on my desktop, but not mobile. User error or missing feature?

I used love this app, but for the past two months or more it’s been acting up sooooo bad. I get so angry when I’m trying to listen to a song and the app just goes black and go back to my homescreen. Then it stops playing in the middle of a song. Takes forever for you to go to an album??. I hope some changes come soon.

I tried to go to Apple Music and all these service but I realized I cant live without this one. That being said I have some suggestions:1. add lyrics alongside song, like Apple Music and amazon! I would love this. 2. Interface: It takes too much of my screen, and feels outdated in general.

I just switched over from android and I’ve been using play music for a while, I love the service. But as much as I do the app is really buggy on the X. The top bar routinely gets shoved up into the notch so you can’t use it, and there’s a bug with the layout of the add to playlist menu. It’s clear there was a lot more thought put into the android app and this one was kind of an after thought. I’ll keep using this, but please fix the app.

This app is incredibly buggy.

Stops playing at random when changing songs even though the counter is running. Scrolling is choppy and sometimes results in app crashing. Back button disappears. With a car which only has Bluetooth audio as the input, this is unacceptable. Subscribing to Apple Music as it works flawlessly, if not as good a service as Googles.

Between the constant freezes in the app, the slow response time, and the load time for everything that seems to take minutes, the app is almost un-usable. Please fix the issues. iPhone 8 on iOS 11 current.

This app was soooo good but randomly it keeps stopping, mostly when I get notifications. So I have to constantly go to my phone to press play. Also every time I go on Snapchat it stops. It never used to do that until recently so please fix this!

I can’t control the songs on my phone when it’s locked or in the control centre. Not sure if is software from apple or software from this.

Ive been a member of Google Play Music since 2013 and have had nothing but a very good experience. Until Now. I just recently made the switch from Android to the iPhone. The 8+ to be exact and was thankful to see this app in the Apple store. Only I soon discovered being the music lover that I am that there was no way to manipulate the sound other than the volume. No built in Equalizer and Apple only allows Eq settings for their own music app. Which is ok when listening on a car radio that has an Eq but after forking out $300 on the Bose Soundwear Companion the Eq was desperately needed! Unfortunately Bose didnt think to incorporate one into their connect app for the iPhone either. Which made me sad and mad at the same time. This where it looks like me and Play music are paying ways. Hopefully one day this changes.

Disclaimer: I haven’t been experiencing the bugs other people are talking about. It has all the music I want to listen to, from classical to pop. Runs really well, even on my iPhone 6. $10 a month gets you unlimited skips, the ability to choose songs, download songs, and you get YouTube red.

Needs a dark theme and organize the music , it feels too messy ! Sometimes the songs won’t play and that is not good ! It sometimes says “ sorry , the song can’t be played at the moment “

I have the iPhone X. Please update this app. Every time I decide to open Snapchat or any other app from the play music app, the music turns off. I have to keep going back to turn it on. Then it turns off when I go to the home screen. What is this even? Please fix this. And announce that it’s finished.

Bug Still there I bought one song and it downloaded two of the same song....... when I try to delete one of them it delete both of them ... can you help me please and thank you very much.

Can Apple please stop sabotaging this competitors app and making it run horribly on your platform
