Love the Google Play Music service, I’ve been paying the subscription for probably 2 years now. Unfortunately the app has really fallen into disrepair. It frequently freezes, songs start and stop inexplicably, and offline download now often just wont work. Its pretty disappointing that such a huge company can let this happen when there are so many competing services waiting with open arms. Hopefully it is corrected soon, Im getting pretty close to giving up.

2 months since the last update, your competition is constantly improving. Don’t make me regrets going with you over Sp*tify.

Fix it for iPhone X

Glitchy, buggy, freezy, stops playing when phone locked, duplicate albums. TLDR AVOID

One reason I went to iPhone was because google play was in the App Store. Now I find out there’s no podcast section?

Please make equalizer for iPhone please!!!!!!! Why some most popular songs are missing?

It could be better if you add in the settings an option for organize the albums per year. It’s bother me that the only way to search for my music is only A to Z. That’s why my rate.

This app is incredibly buggy and slow. It also has a very hard time streaming music when skipping songs even while in on a fast network. On top of that the UI is sluggish and hasn’t even been updated for the iPhone X yet. SMH ??‍♂️ Google.

The app is great, it does everything I want it to do... when it works properly which it does not always do. I just got a new phone and since ive put in on this phone ive had nothing but problems. If i exit the app or close my phone while listening to music, the music pauses and the app crashes.

I pay for a family plan and loved the cached music on my s7 but I moved to iPhone and every time I stream all the cached music deletes and starts over. Didn’t happen on my s7

Liked it until iOS 11, though Id echo others complaints on download play not being able all reliable. Crashes CONSTANTLY and freezes up since iOS 11. Considering dropping either the service or ultimately Apple. Unacceptably bad.

They should call it Google Pause. I work a delivery job and am constantly having to switch between google maps and my phone. On one short shift the app paused a total of 28 TIMES. A music app. Let that sink in.

No iPhone X support! Please update to support the display! Besides that I have no problems with google music. Easy to use, simple look.

Been using Google Play music since it all started and I love it ! I switched to an iPhone X recently and all I’m wondering is if Google will optimize it for iPhone X also. If not I’m afraid I might switch to Apple Music.

App crashes and is so glitchy.. just because it’s iOS? Cmon man

For an iOS user it’s weird to love this app so much. I’m able to get my entire music library in one place streaming anywhere I need it. The streaming radio service is nice, playlists are nice... The one thing I cannot get over is how useless the Google Play is on the Apple CarPlay service. You can not search your entire library. Playlists are limited. Radio streaming is very buggy. Part of me wants to just pay the money to covert everything over to iTunes. Overall it’s nice. Just really need to overhaul their CarPlay capability. I know it’s not much better on AA.

I would absolutely love this app, if there was a way to alphabetize my playlist without scrolling through and moving all my songs. I want to be able to hit “edit playlist” then have there be a button that says “sort” then “alphabetical”, like the iTunes app has, because I love my google music, I have yet to be disappointed, other than the fact that it’s a pain to alphabetize ???

I’ve been using the app for years and except for the regular ads, it was okay. Now all of a sudden it’s stopped working and asking me to go to a website to create a new account, even though I’ve been using my google account for ages. What a crock. I’m switching to another service.

This has a good selection of music but the app is so buggy you can hardly use it, sometimes when your done editing your playlist it diesent save at all, always laggy when scrolling, i feel like Google intentionally did this to iOS users because my friend has the app on his android and its smooth.
