Im a subscriber and its pretty great to use this app

How soon until yall are going to fix it?!!!!!!!!!!

Songs barely want to load. Worthless.

If you delete a song on the playlist, it removes the previous song and does not remove the one you want to delete

Please google fix this ? it has been an issue for the past 8 updates you guys have yet to fix the issue where even though the song has been downloaded it will not play it is annoying

When trying to remove a duplicate song from playlist, app deletes other songs but not the one youre trying to remove. Support is incapable of restoring playlist after the app ruins it.

No 3D touch support, cant rename playlist, artwork is zoom too much, no way to know the new song of your favorite artist, not organization, playback issues play a song and it takes 2 seconds to start sometimes more. You need to fix this app. Im not gonna pay anymore for it and by the way there is not podcast in the ios app but it is in the android app. Im done with this app.

Stops streaming for no reason, ads after the first track and, worst of all, duplicates everywhere in your library. The more you use it, the more duplicates. This problem is reported all over the Internet for years. No one cares at Google.

The app works fine most of the time. However, at certain times music doesnt play at all or the start time is delayed from the moment I tap on the start button. Additionally, organising the Up Next list is cumbersome and long. The app could make use of more gestures instead of relying on buttons. Finally, managing downloaded songs is quite confusing, songs on My Library are not all available and I figured songs added to My Library would be downloaded automatically.

Play music has great librarys but crap UX and customer service integrations. Because of this and the lack of me being unable to retrieve my previous subscription Ill just move to a different music service. Support had helped as much as possible but overall the backend integration on the app and computer are crap, cant recommend.

Where are my podcast choices? No settings button, not able to locate download choice to device. Very confusing.

Uploading my own music is the primary reason I chose this app over others, but the app has a lot of issues. Sometimes if I pause, I cant hit play until I skip a song and go back. Also, if I skip a song, sometimes the next song wont actually play and the solution is the same. This is downloaded music so there should be no loading time. This issue has persisted over several updates.

Absolutely love being able to find my style of music. Perfect for my work flow. Keeps my day going!

Music and radio. No complaints

I was so excited when I found out Songza was being converted to Google but as soon as the full conversion took place this app has done nothing but disappoint. It constantly glitches and doesnt seem to have as broad of a library to pull from.

This is the worst music streaming app Ive ever used. Which, is very disappointing from Google. Why cant I alphabetized a playlist? I feel like that should be an obvious necessity in an app like this. It makes it dangerous to select a song in traffic when the playlist is in a random order. You have to add songs to a playlist one at time, each track taking several steps to search for and then add. The radio stations it generates are subpar, youre better off using Pandora. The "add to queue" button doesnt work. So Im stuck using the "play next" option for each song. Frequently a song will be muted when it starts. I have to wait until the counter reaches 3 seconds to skip back to the beginning in order to unmute the song. Skipping a track also frequently puts the app in mute. The only reason I have to use this is because its included with YouTube Red. I would recommend any other music app and would switch if I could afford it.

Why cant you just bring back instant streaming like with version 3.14? If I play a song in the old version, It plays RIGHT AWAY. If I skip a song just after 2 seconds, the next song plays INSTANTLY. With the latest updates, songs take SOOOOOOOO LONG to play! Frustratingly long!

When are you going to add the podcast into this app. Would really like to see it on here as I use Google play all the time.
