-It looks ugly compared to other music players. Like can you please show the full album artwork? -Sometime when i skip a song like 5 seconds in it goes to the 5 second part on the next song -needs iPhone X support

Full screen it’s all I ask for.

I have a subscription to Google play music, have the family plan with YouTube etc... MUCH better than Apple Music 1000000x over when it comes to “bang for the buck”!!! Just need an app for the Apple watch to enjoy it like I do on the phone. I don’t even use iTunes let alone Apple Music. C’mon Google! They say it’s up to you... or is it?

No EQ... Great catalog! Really slow... I have ad free youtube! Google Play should be updated.

Great service, and works across different countries but why does it take time to play downloaded music? Also missing some good features like “not interested”. Should unify this app with YouTube.

This app just feels archaic. I love the way their queue works and they have all the music I need. But it is very buggy. Extremely slow at times. Crashes way too much. If they fix the bugs and made the app run smoother, then it could definitely be as good if not better than Apple Music and Spotify.

The app cuts out a lot. Sometimes is says that the music is playing when its not. It sometimes just goes to the home screen and cuts out the music. If you are a DJ like me, do not use this app for gigs. It is not reliable by any means. It was not my choice to go to Google Play Music but my brother switched cause he has a Samsung phone. This app needs to be fixed.

Anytime the Bluetooth picks up a connection.

It is constantly auto pausing. It’s bad on Android as it is... wow is it terrible on iOS!

The app needs to be completely rethought. The interface is unintuitive, album art is cut off, unable to edit album info for uploaded library from the app, songs stop playing randomly, and it still needs iPhone X support.

Has good music library but the app is terrible and I find a new bug every week. Maybe will be better in the future but this not a relatively new app.

If you have a Google Music subscription you need this app. The user experience is identical in Windows, iOS, Android and OSX!

Like previous reviewers stated, the app is incredibly buggy. It randomly stops playing songs regardless wether you’re streaming or playing downloaded music... actually, downloaded music stops playing way more frequently. Skipping fast through songs will crash the app. There is ZERO customization of lists when it comes to what order songs play in. The app is in portrait mode, has been since launch, and will probably always be in portrait only mode. I’ve been willing to overlook Google’s extreme left stance in regards to YouTube but I’m not willing to put up with subpar service I’m paying for. I’ll give this one more update (haven’t seen one in months), or before the new year and then I’m done if ALL of these issues aren’t fixed. The way it currently stands, I DO NOT RECOMMEND PLAY MUSIC!

New version...Can’t start radio or cast on chromecasr

For the last several months the iOS app on both iPhone6s and 8+ has crashed or frozen every single time I have tried to play through the phone’s speakers and if I have a headset it only works incrementally more frequently.

I can send audio from 4 other apps but Google music wont play anything on its own devices!

Please add iPhone X support.

This app honestly is absolute terrible one of the worst music apps on the App Store It doesn’t even allow you to make a playlist.
