Google Play Music App Reviews

Will maybe play a song correctly every once in awhile but lags out constantly and then if you attempt to skip 3/4 songs in a row it locks it up and shuts the app down and constantly pops up with some error message.

The app was good until the update now I can’t sign in

Certain songs won’t play. The songs that do play stop every time you open the app. Every. Time. You. Open. The. App. Used to be a heavy user of the Paid service. Lost me to Spotify.

Come on guys make it look pretty.

Please update to support the iPhone X screen. Also, why does the app randomly stop and pause steaming so much?

I love my Google subscription. I never thought Id pay to listen to music. I have fallen in love with Google Play. They even have my sons songs available.

I don’t know if it’s the service, the app, my music collection, but one thing is for certain: this app does not deliver the music experience I expect. Constantly unable to play songs, lag, skipping and a user interface that goes back and forth between working well and just glitching out. Compared to its android counterpart, this is garbage.

The obvious no iPhone X support. The information architecture is terrible the most simple things like clearing your search history is missing. The service is good but it’s the app that’s meant to showcase the service that lets it down.

Love Google play music. Just wish there was an Apple watch app so I could listen to music without my phone.

I love your service and dont plan on switching to any other platform anytime soon but I cannot give you a good rating when anytime I try and delete a track from a playlist it deletes a different track three spaces up. Its very very frustrating. Update: have been using the app for a continued six months and problem has still not been alleviated. Will be switching services

Crashes, randomly pauses songs, the infamous cant play right error. It doesnt matter if the songs are downloaded or streamed

Was great but buggy these days. Has difficulties playing music outside of the app. Need to pause and play to try and get it going. Needs to be fixed.

Why is the app running GPS in the background on an ipod touch 6? I don’t see why a music app would need GPS. Please fix this in a future update

It hasn’t been updated for 2 months. At least do something to support iPhone X!

Need iPhone X SUPPORT ASAP

So many bugs on IOS it’s an infestation

I want to listen to music with no interruptions. I will be listening to music and then I go back into the app or Snapchat or something and then my music will randomly stop playing but it says that it still is playing. I don’t know what is up with it but please fix it it’s annoying

I like the service. Not bad. Has what I need. But they need iPhone X support ASAP. For a big company like google you’d think they would be on top of that
