It’s terrible on iOS every time I get a notification my music pauses and I have to go back into the app to restart please fix this

Really needs better iPhone X support. The current version is lazy and has lots of weird stretching and cut off images.

I don’t know why they haven’t fixed this annoying problem of albums that you upload to your music collection showing up multiple times, even though this doesn’t show up on a desktop interface. You can temporarily solve this problem by deleting the app and reinstalling it, but then when you start playing music, the duplicate albums appear again.

The app has degraded quickly. Looks like Google is gearing up to close the music service soon and switch over to YouTube music. Here are some problems: 1. Music stops randomly. For no apparent reason sometimes. Some behaviors will stop the music. 2. Music stops if switching app. 3. Music stops if maps (google map) starts or end or speak and then does not resume. 4. Music stops if Bluetooth connects. 5. Music stops if switching focus to another app. The layout is generally terrible to search and find playlists and genre. Laggy and very slow in general. They pay so much to have the music but then unable to provide a functional app to listen to the music. Shame. They’ll soon wonder why this effort is once again a complete failure.

So I love the huge library of songs for me to listen to. I’ve discovered several artists that I really enjoy. The format of the player is not in the best place it could be. I understand that they were trying to make it easy to browse other music while still listening to music however, the location at the bottom is not ideal. Most music playing applications have the player at the top left or right and I feel that is easier to see/access. Just a suggestion :)

No matter how much free space I have on my phone or however many times I clear my cache, it says "unable to play song because device storage is full." Then 10 minutes later it will play the song then the next minute, nothing.

I love the options to use my music or preset radio stations through my google home device

This app is barely usable. The music would be cutoff every time I switch to another app or hit home button. Come on! There is a thing called multitasking a decade ago!

Please update to support the iPhone X screen. Also, why does the app randomly stop and pause steaming so much? Lastly , please add an EQ!

THE ONLY THING I DO NOT CARE FOR ON THIS APP IS THE YEARLY SUBSCRIPTION I HAVE ALWAYS LOST MY MUSIC I HAVE HAD IN MY LIBRARY AND IN MY OWN FAVORITES LIST FROM MY FAVORITE COUNTRY BOY IN MUSIC AND ALL THE OTHER: MY FAVORITES LISTS OF OTHER MUSIC I LISTEN TO

Google music is a great success. iOS app for little music is good but not up to the standard of Android app. Can you please add options of podcast and playlist for podcast

please fix your app lol every time i try to listen to music it freezes and crashes my phone. it used to be good but now it sucks

Not an issue with the app itself. Works perfectly just like the android version. The only issue is they still haven’t added a download all music button/ option on either app which makes downloading all music on a new phone more tedious. This goes for Android and iPhone. I will change my rating once this option is in place. Even though they have auto download it only works for newly added music not music already in library.

For some reason backgrounding works just fine until you try to go back to the app, then it will stop playing the song. Very frustrating because sometimes I know that a song is ending and I want to pick another, and then when I open the app back up, the song that was not yet over stops playing. Very very very frustrating!!!! Please fix this. For real. Google, you know better!!!

If that was the name of the app Id give it 5 stars since thats all it does. Pisses me off when Im in my car and its too dangerous for me to pick up the phone, but a lot of people probably wont be as responsible.
