People dont know how to rate. Sure the service is great, the best no question, but this is a review on the app itself and not the company or service. As such, the app is terrible and does not perform up to par. Every single time you go into the app , maybe one time not, it will stop your music. Other times the music will just stop for no reason and the tracker will keep moving as if the 3 minute song is still playing silently for 34 minutes. Seeing as how this is an app that is for listening to music and fails at that in these two very important areas, this app is absolute trash and does not accomplish the one single thing it is made to do, and that is keep the grooves going. Real nice party when your entire house suddenly has jarring silence in the middle of that killer track because you opened your phone to check the time and the app was open...

Super slow and choppy please fix!!!

I love this but I hate that we have a certain amount of skips that we can use and the other thing I also hate is the ads I’m sorry but please fix that other than that I love this app??

When I go to or leave the app while music is playing, the song has been pausing more and more frequently lately, and its really a nuisance. Also, I had a bunch of things in my library that just. Disappeared. Help?

Hey, I want to renew my subscription, I originally subscribed on Android and switched to iPhone and I don’t see a subscribe button in the settings row. Help me out.

Been using Google Play ever since MOG was turned into Beats and now Apple Music. I think Google Play offers the most similar interface to the old beautiful MOG. And its Google. You cant go wrong.

I already use Apple Music, SoundCloud Go and YouTube Music. Figured Id try this after I saw I could upload music that iTunes was crapping out on. Its better at figuring out what I like than YT Music but when I bring the app up out of background the music often just stops. Hitting pause then play gets it going. Curious what happens now that the YT Music and Play Music product teams have been combined. PS please google let google apps users participate in the family plan

Gave it one star because of the ads and the inconsistent playback. Quite buggy. Somehow still better than Apple Music.

We have a family subscription to Google play music on my other device which is a google tablet and on my computer and I downloaded the program in here and it worked fine I love it I can listen to anything I want anytime I want they have everything but then all of a sudden with the last update it didnt complete the update I could not finish the update I dont not know why I looked at my Google Drive application it says its no longer compatible with my iPod touch and I have a suspicion that Apple wants us to have to buy music from them that this Application is no longer compatible this Im waiting a half an hour for it to download after I deleted it and tried to reinstall.

Still no fix, even updated the iOS 11, Well the app seems to no longer work properly, I can deal with most bugs but this one bothers me like no other. So when playing songs offline there seems to be a issue with viewing the album art while offline, it shows up just with a gray background but when I kick on the wifi the art comes back, even tried restoring my iPod and bam its the same issues all over again. Must be the app, also the files are playing are all offline. Google get to together.

Help me

The app does the basics like play music ofcourse but its lacking in the organization department. Library and playlists can easily become cluttered with duplicates and theres no way to organize playlists. The ability to organize songs by alphabetic order or latest should be a basic feature. Please update and fix this issue.

Ive been with this app since the beginning, its barely usable with the new iOS. Wont function at all with low power mode enabled.. stops playing when u switch from the app to messages and randomly stop playing. I will be asking for a refund for this month and every month after until fixed inexcusable!!

Seriously needs update to fix the lagging. When I switch apps and return to this one my music will stop playing and Ill have to go back in the app and start it again.

Normally a great app. Latest release only plays one song at a time, then stops. Have to press play after every single track. FFS.

When will there be an Apple Watch app, especially for streaming with the LTE version?

I love how when ever I search a song and it plays some of my other favorite songs on that radio!

Up until about a week ago, I had no issues with the app at all; I could download something from iTunes (as an example) and it was automatically there in Google Play. However for the last 7-10 days, it will not accept anything I try to download into it: iTunes, MP’s, even CD’s. Frustrating.

wont automatically play the next song very frequently. keeps loading the next song forever and never plays. cant believe they charge monthly fee to deliver such buggy experience
